Reviewed and assessed risks of technology changes to Telephone Banking and Ecommerce via change records submitted through the Peregrine Service Center application. • Verified all changes were complied with current Bank of America change policies. • Participated in daily meeting to review and determine which technology changes were of impact to online banking applications and schedule those changes to follow rolling system outage. • Developed weekly script for management of Online Banking System maintenance window, increasing stability and availability to customers. • Key member of a process improvement project to reduce weekend outage of California Online Banking applications for an estimated annual savings of $800,000. • Worked with outside vendors to mitigate the risks to Bank of America online banking, telephone banking and call center applications posed by technology changes being done by the vendors to their applications or hardware.
