Provided leadership on change advisory board membership to Application Specialists, Line of Business Representatives, Release Management, and Technology Support Teams. • Verified all proper testing and collision avoidance and ensured completion for all changes. • Facilitated week change meetings to review and approve/deny scheduled changes. • Provided governance to insure all changes complied with current change control policies. • Participated in Emergency Change meetings to review and approve/deny break-fix type changes on daily basis. • Chaired monthly meetings, led Configuration Control Board in reviewing previous month’s performance, implemented improvements. • Participated in monthly meetings, critiqued Consumer and Small Business Call Center Agent performance. • Reduced production incidents to Consumer Call Centers and Telephone Banking application by 60%. • Reduced number of emergency changes 70% through improved planning strategies.
