Led and managed a capstone electrical wire harnesses project worth over $6MM, with implemented cost savings in excess of $700,000. Established and documented implementation process for transitioning business from incumbent to new suppliers. Conducted supplier site and risk assessment in Mexico on new suppliers for Terex’s businesses. Drove implementation project towards supplier approval and production. Developed and managed RFP process for electrical batteries (Terex’s NA, and Europe Business Units) worth over $18MM with identified cost savings exceeding $4MM. Developed and managed RFP process for Genie’s electrical motor ($16MM) with identified savings worth over $2MM. Assisted with consolidation strategy and efforts to consolidate Terex’s Supply Base. Earned intensive exposure while networking with a vast number of suppliers daily. Communicated and networked with many C-level executives across Terex’s Business Units.
