Responsible for daily operations in a Deinking facility that consumed both post and pre-consumer waste for raw material to produce a finished recycled pulp product in packaged bale forms of different weight based on customer needs. I have a working knowledge of pulpers, fine screens, floatation cleaning, Yankee dryers; balers etc.I also Established short term objectives for operations and maintenance personnel to meet customer requirements while optimizing production costs. Accountable for staffing personnel; administration, P&L, scheduling and discipline within union contract. Provide direction to shift supervisors and maintenance personnel to meet safety, quality, and production objectives for a rotating shift operation
