Daily Duties at Cummins Corp.:
Supervise 5 production lines and approximately 50 employees. We adhere to all safety policies and practices while manufacturing a quality product based on customer specs, my duties also include timekeep, attendance issues, evaluations, coach & counseling for team members. We attend classes sponsored by the company, classes include ISO/9000 TS/16949, 5S system, six sigma, and diversified spectrum training classes, in addition to COS, CPS, HPL, Pull system, kanban in addition to lean manufacturing
