Supervised client’s accounting staffs while integrating financial systems and delivering financial results for parent companies (Humana, Hearst Corporation, Sprint, Advanced Micro Devices, and USAA) in post acquisition and merger situations. • Provided financial analysis for organizations with annual sales of $.5M-$2B through preparation of financial statements, budgets, SEC reporting, SOP 97-2 revenue recognition issues, cash flow projections, business plans, pricing strategies, and five-year plans. • Implemented cost savings solutions by applying technology resources or streamlining functions using CQI methodologies, restoring or maintaining profitability in a period of prolonged downturn. • Fashioned and installed charts of accounts, financial policies, and procedures that optimized return on investments for parent companies.
