Daily Duties at Avaya,Llc:
• Managed sales team of 9 to 22 members with a quota of between $15.8 million and $25.6 million in annual sales, selling complex communication solutions including data, consulting, carrier services, data and software solutions. • Responsible for the development and communication of sales channel business metrics that ensure constant profitable performance. • Interacted with a cross section of titles within the field and corporate to identify business goals and organizational needs and create process and performance improvement. This included identifying business, performance, and developmental needs, conducting performance assessments (gap analysis), determining the causes of performance gaps/issues, and facilitating sales operations reviews to determine those needs. • Accountable for the development of, and continued growth of all team members in relation to professional development, increased customer satisfaction and career pathing. • Analyzed sales channel results and survey data to ensure sales effectiveness model accuracy, proactively address model changes, and performance improvement requirements. • Proactive implementation of process improvement strategies for field sales and service associates and managers.
