Daily Duties at Global Cti Group:
• Managed team of 8 Account Managers covering the Orange County territory with monthly sales averaging $800,000 and an annual budget of $3million. The team was responsible for strategically selling data, cable, voice, VOIP, solutions. • Aided both the President and Vice President in developing a business plan which enabled GCTI to receive over $10 million in financing. • Created commission plan and salary structure for a sales force of 35. • Channel Manager with our major partners, CISCO, NEC and SBC and worked with Sr. level management to negotiate agreements with manufacturers. • Developed, implemented and maintained sales reporting and forecasting tools. • Worked closely with individual team members to devise strategies for gaining and expanding our customer base. • Researched, developed and implemented in house telecommunications consulting group, working with current as well as potential clients to determine their telecommunication, data and network needs.
