Daily Duties at Mitel,Inc:

• Effective supervision of 9 Managers (Sales, Operations and Administration) and 165 indirect staff members with annual operating budgets of $17 million within 3 locations in Southern California; Santa Ana, Costa Mesa and Glendale. • P&L management responsibility for one of Mitel’s largest branch offices with annual revenues of up to $23 MM. • Accounting and reporting responsibilities which channeled directly to the CFO and CEO. • Monthly revenue tracking and budgetary formulization with overall ownership of three departmental budgets. • Responsible for maintaining and growing strong corporate relationships with regional Mitel business partners. • Direct management of local direct sales team and worked diligently to minimize channel conflicts with our dealer channel partners. • Lead strategic partnership discussions and commercial contract negotiations with business partners. These commercial contracts include reseller agreements, joint go-to-market and development partnerships. • Responsible for driving local post-acquisition activities between Inter-Tel and Mitel and focused on development of unified business strategy and solution roadmap. • Lead resurgence of Orange Branch from 21st place to 5th place in Branch of the Year in 2006 (out of 63 Branch offices). • Branch of the Year recipient (3rd Place) 2007 and currently ranked 4th. • Interview, hire and train all Sales Associates as well as provide final approval on all Administrative and Operational hires. • Work closely with field sales teams to developed business case and ROI solution based presentations to clients. • Perform cost-benefit analysis to resolve cross business unit issues and formulate best practices on go-to-market strategy. • Responsible for leading all corporate/customer/partner conflicts to positive resolution. Often dealing with Corporate Counsel as well as outside C level executives.
