Accomplished prototyping of new concept parts and troubleshooting Design Challenges Accomplishment Supported production of new C200 and C65 as well as C30 and C60 Recuperator and Combustor Involved with two patents held by Capstone for Air Cell design Utilized 3D printer (Dimensions Systems) to produce prototype components designed in Catia Utilized Catia Sheet Metal Work Bench in Designing various ducting for power Electronics and Recuperator exhaust ducts, firewall assembly, roof and exhaust stack for C200 ASTM and exhaust catalyst vent production package as well as the Exhaust Back Flow Dampers Designed various Sheet metal housing for power Electronics Assemblies as well as mounting components Catia/Smart Team Administrator; implemented and configuration of engineering work stations as well as maintaining Smart Team accounts; diagnosing various Catia model integrity issues and setting up design and drafting Standards
