Daily Duties at Westside Chevrolet Kia:
I was responsible for coding and posting of all invoices to proper accounts and stock units on the accounts payable side. I was responsible for monthly check runs to all vendors. I was responsible for paying of all invoices and monthly bills for both dealerships using ADP software. I was also responsible for ordering all office supplies, forms and business cards for the dealership.
