Daily Duties at Coca Cola Enterprises:
Responsible for driving share holder value through the maximization of market share, market knowledge, sales, profits, and executing flawless trade execution. Create top to bottom accountability for the marketplace o Prepare weekly sales meetings, discussed opportunities, participate in trade rides, shares weekly success’s from the trade, recognize the winners PBU Volume 2007 – 97.2% of plan, 94.1% to prior - PBU Volume 2008 through April 104.4% of plan Post mix Volume 2007 – 102% of plan, 94.7% to prior–POST volume 2008 through April 86.96% of plan EBITDA 2007– 104.4% of plan, 115.3% to prior – EBITDA 2008 through April 77.4% OPEX 2007– 98.2% of plan , 92.1% to prior – OPEX through April 104.8% o improved in stock conditions 23% by moving sourcing center o Created a culture of winning in daily marketplace execution o Involved in community relations (three Chamber of Commerce and Lower Keys Rotary) that in 2007 helped to convert eighteen “Code 10” accounts o Implemented MVP Program to recognize and appreciate the MVP in each department each trimester o Created local CMA programs, worked closely with Key Accounts to maximize execution in existing chains on CMA’s, o converted largest high school from sponsorship to pay for performance five year contract o Collaborated with BU Facility Manager for improved working conditions, i.e., doors, pipes, ceilings, generator, etc. o Partnered with the fleet department to upgrade current equipment to control repair expense as the only fleet repair in the keys are outside vendors
