Daily Duties at Chrysler Llc:

- Promoted from grade band 91 to 92 in April 2007. Direct hire as of October 2005. - Responsible for the Exterior Lighting and Wiper/Washer Subsystems, including the electrical design, development, validation, implementation, and issue resolution for all features. - Create and manage subsystem feature requirements in a Telelogic DOORS database. - Responsible for the Totally Integrated Power Management module (TIPM/PDC) vehicle environment packaging design, electrical wiring harness connectivity, integration, validation, and troubleshooting of the PT Cruiser, 300, Charger, Magnum, Challenger, and Journey vehicles. - Develop subsystem specifications, requirements, block diagrams, electrical schematics, functional and validation test plans, DVP&R, DFMEA, and PFMEA. - Knowledge and experience in working with CAN/LIN/J1850 bus protocol and monitoring tools. - Perform in-vehicle testing and participate in vehicle drives and demonstrations. - Conduct subsystem team meetings and support all meetings requiring subsystem or TIPM integration input. - Responsible for maintaining Owners/Service Manuals, Compliance reports, and vehicle electrical configuration documents. - Provide assembly plant launch support including travel, where necessary.
