Established chargeback system to internal clients, created forecasts of resource needs in data center, conducted audits, enforced SLA’s, and planned projects. Managed $1M budget. Client Services Manager, Disney Worldwide Services, 2000 to 2003. Supported client hardware and software systems for Walt Disney World, Corporate Office, and business and financial services. Negotiated SLA’s, prepared proposals, and troubleshot problems. Co-led consolidation of six data centers into one national data center.
