Daily Duties at Novartis Animal Health:
Responsibilities included but not limited to: AR, Cash Application Coordinator, Check production, Banking coordinator, Credit Card ‘Go-To’ resident expert and coordinator, POC for Vertex Sales Tax application maintenance and issues. Worked directly with all field sales representatives as Expense coordinator and client customer service satisfaction. Worked closely with Novartis financial/IT team during a full ERP implementation to SAP, including FI, Materials, Sales/Marketing modules. Worked as a 1099 contractor with Novartis in their financial corporate offices, including all accounting functions (AR, AP, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Reconciliation of GL accounts, Month-end close, other duties as assigned)
