Daily Duties at Pace Industries:
In charge of entire first shift operations and production in the Die Cast Department. Train, motivate, and supervise around 40 employees in a shop consisting of 23 fully automatic Prince and Lester Die Cast Machines ranging from 600 to 1,200 tons .Reduced scrap from 26% to 10.5 % and increased production from 57% uptime to 76 % uptime while simultaneously assuring that quality was at it’s best, Built a strong, cohesive team of employees dedicated to meeting company goals. Hired, motivated and terminated employees. Managed all safety issues and requirements for the shift.
