 Promoted from Cash Reconciler to provide account balancing services to individual customers using information acquired through branch deposits and cash in/cash out tickets.  Resolved account balance issues through research and application of appropriate adjustments.  Supported implementation of workflow and procedures by developing workflow based on scheduled drops.  Facilitated new-hire training in adjustment management, system operations, and departmental procedures.
