 Processed payroll and payroll reports for 150+ employees using the Ultra-Time System. Prepared weekly and end-of-month payroll spreadsheets. Maintained Excel spreadsheet of employee vacations and sick time.  Managed account billing for 20+ customers. Processed A/P, bills, and invoices via Azure System/ADP. Researched billing discrepancies. Processed and shipped factory shipping orders weekly.  Executed monthly closing of daily reports and the general ledger. Worked with the financial manager on accruals. Completed various audit reports/projects. Executed special projects using Timberline.  Maintained weekly accounts reconciliations. Accounts Payable/ Receivable /Bills/Vendor Invoice processor/Wires thru AZURE SYSTEM/SAP/ADP/ERP. Assisted in Month-End-Closing of daily reports / Reconciliation / General Ledger / Journal Entries.  Accruals on a one to one with the Financial Manager/Used PeopleSoft for accounts preparation. Assisted in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts. Processed and Ship out Factory Shipping Order weekly. Researched billing discrepancies.  Payroll reports processor / Cut Checks /Check Payment Processor. Tax preparation assistant project. Special Projects/ Timberline. Audit Reports/Projects.  Prepared and maintains documentation for all budget department processes and procedures. Reviewed, analyzed and compile budgetary data.  Analyzed existing budgeting processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Assisted in the monthly budget and actual comparison analysis related to total company financial statements to include profit and loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow and capital budgeting. Responsible for maintaining the budget software and ensuring accurate reporting. Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Controller.
