Member of a team that developed a consulting practice in support of a major application developer. Led major customer account teams in Chicago, IL in the sales, service and support of IBM products and services to customers in retail and health industries. Major closes included multi-million dollar decision support applications and databases, storage systems, mainframe systems, networking systems and distributed computing platforms.
