Daily Duties at Paradigm Healthcare Services:
Closed new business totaling $2 million in contract revenue in first 10 months. Responsible for the development and sale of an outsourced services contract to a major client. The first of its kind for the company. Personally managed client relationships to increase key executive level contacts. Demonstrated ability to call at the highest levels within client organizations including district Superintendents, CFO’s, Assistant Superintendents, and Director level personnel. Established on-going relationships with key decision makers at top clients. Developed and implemented a single-point-of-contact client management model including client segmentation, reporting and communication processes, and programs to add value to the client environment. Oversaw and sold program to migrate clients to web based program management application. Increased usage by over 100%. Hired and trained client managers. Managed seven Client Managers in addition to sales and client management responsibilities
