 Functioned as a New Product Introduction (NPI) representative for the service organization and worked with Product Manufacturing to ensure product serviceability and field integration.  Conducted product performance analysis of sites over standard and identified areas for improvement.  Qualified and maintained the TOP issues, problem lists and drove resolution through Product Manufacturing.  Facilitated the evaluation and implementation of Field Change Orders.  Coordinated and provided marketing support for trade shows.
