Led team of six that provided administrative support for 15-20 senior managers. Handled meeting and event planning; expense reports; calendar maintenance and extensive travel arrangements. Researched and compiled documents using all Microsoft applications. Coordinated audio-visual and video conferencing events. Assisted in defining skill requirements, team needs and team goals. Managed work-load and time-lines to ensure prompt and quality production.
