Daily Duties at Harris Bank:
Led a work-group that provided administrative support for 50-65 people; this support included the preparation of reports, brochures, spreadsheets, presentations and other documents as requested. Coordinated the completion of all major projects requested by senior management which included but was not limited to managing all time-lines and ensuring that deadlines were met. Proofread and maintained inventory reports, expense reports. Planned events which included in-house and off-site meetings. Collaborated with marketing team; edit, proofread and prepared marketing materials. Maintained good customer relations, conducted research and prepared internal reports. Supported Marketing department by proofreading advertisements, maintaining marketing database, and corresponding with branch managers.
