Daily Duties at Alix Partners:
Administrates all office related matters. Oversee, order, and maintain supplies for office and kitchens. I am point of contact for all vendors, building and office issues. Coordinates and handles the set-up of meeting rooms, office space, moves and catering affairs. Assists Office Manager with special projects which includes but is not limited to reconciling accounts payable, auditing invoices, reconcile cost system coding, and other projects as needed. Manages and maintains off-site storage and inventory records. Troubleshoots computer and copy machine related problems. Facilitates testing that is provided for new employee candidates. • Compiles and provides new hires with training binders that are pertinent to their respective role.
