Responsible for entire audit process, from risk assessment, audit program development, and completion of testwork, to reviewing testwork and compiling reports. Acted in an advisory role for the development of policies and procedures regarding the security of information technology and business processes. Conducted reviews using various computer assisted audit tools, including Crystal Reports, ACL, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel. Formalized results in reports submitted to all levels of Management, from Divisional Directors to the ABC Board of Directors. Conducted financial and operational reviews of retail stores and regional offices, including cash, inventory, lottery, and general internal controls. Performed financial and operational reviews of payroll, data warehousing, record retention and warehouse operations.
