• Security and Establishment Team Business Analyst for the FreePort McMoRan Mining Company MIMS to Ellipse Upgrade implementation. • Main Lead and owner of the Sarbanes-Oxley Auditing processes, policies and procedures and tasked with keeping all Site controllers and Ellipse site coordinators trained and up to date on these processes and procedures. • Key team member for employee file conversions and set up of security administration. • Updated and developed Access programs and tools for Maintenance, Finance, Purchasing and Materials to increase the efficiency and accuracy of data conversion. • Created processes and procedures for Phelps Dodge IS Helpdesk to facilitate standardization and centralization of system administration. • Trained IS Helpdesk in Ellipse Security and Establishment modules.
