Achievements: Successfully managed ompany's operations with responsibilities to: - Manage, supervise and monitor company’s eight (8) Branch offices and two (2)production and packaging factories. -Financial budgeting and Cash Flows, costing. -Discussion & formulation of Production, marketing and Sales plans and policies. -Coordination with government departments, licensing, Approvals, taxes, etc -Coordination and cooperation with external auditors -Supervised Branch Offices with 10 Managers and 250 field Staff members - Logistic Management included a fleet of 4-10 wheeler trucks, 20 Jeeps/Cars/light trucks 75, 2 wheelers (Motor Bikes). Achievements: Company was following single entry manual accounting / bookkeeping system. Converted the same into computerized double entry, accrual based accounting system. Recovered market outstanding equivalent to over US $ 450,000.00, accumulated over preceding three years. The computerized accounting system was also integrated with : a. Customers' data base, including their performance with the company. b. Sales Staff data base and their performance. c. This made the Management's job quicker and easy to timely recover the outstanding, reward the customer and the staff with increased performance, job sincerity and royalty with the company. d. Revised and formalized the entire production and management system to bring the company in line with international standards by introducing proper documentation through implementation of ISO standards. -Implementation of documented Management and information flow system -Formulated the policy of no carrying / holding inventory.This was managed by Advance booking and advance sale on cash. This policy also eased the cash flow and minimum bank financing, resulting in controlling packing cost with minimum wastage from 1.85% to 0.50 % and other variable and fixed cost factors thus reducing overheads. Note: Credit for my success goes to the Board of Directors who had trust in my abilities and gave me free hand with guidance where required.
