 Provide excellent customer service and information to hotel guests and residents  Make dining and tourist recommendations to guests creating an enjoyable visit to our city and our property  Work closely with fellow employees to solve problems and direct them to the appropriate party for solution  Create bonds with outside vendors ensuring prompt delivery and quality services for residents  Coordinate Guest Suites including scheduling and payment  Plan and facilitate resident events such as holiday parties and get togethers
