Procured all FAA-PMA products and raw materials for the company from both domestic and international subcontract sources. Which included castings, (Sand, Investment and lost wax and forgings) Controlled $20 to $30 million in commodities expenditures annually. Supervised two Buyers, one Inventory Clerk, and six Assembly Workers. Performed Quality Audits of subcontract vendors as mandated by the FAA. Generated annual cost savings of $100K by developing a new freight forwarder. Sales increased from 45 Million to 100 Million. Developed new FAA-PMA products by coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and FAA staff.
