Daily Duties at Memorial Hermann Hospital Systems:
Planned, managed, and resolved all radiology and digital imaging activities of all departments at both facilities (ER/Trauma, MRI, Nuc.Med, CT, GIGU, Neuro, ICU, STICU, and Ultrasound). Conducted long-term strategies and Six Sigma processes, and budgets for all radiography equipment, integration, implementation, and software (PACS, AW, CR loaders, modalities, and QC workstations). Successfully integrated equipment, software programs, and a maintenance policy and procedure guide that was adopted and enforced for all vendors (GE, Siemens, Kodak, and Phillips) and Radiology personnel throughout MHHS.
