Daily Duties at Guest Service Solutions:
(Sold company to Staff Pro, July 2004) Responsible for the day to day management and operations of the company • Recruiting, Training, Payroll and Scheduling of all Guest Services, Security, and Supervisors Staff • Responsible for the Strategic planning and coordination of all events • Employed over 400 guest service and security personnel • Developed Policies and Procedures for Guest Service Solutions, Clients and Venues. • Developed staff deployments, incident reports, location maps, sign-in sheets for Venues and Events • Created liaison policies between Guest Service Solutions, local law enforcement, venues and events • Worked with local universities emergency preparedness crews during events and business hours • Created working sign-in sheets for event estimates and settlements • Created a working database/workforce scheduling and Credentialing program for staff scheduling, payroll and invoicing
