▪ Responsible for managing design controls and coordinating development of implantable medical devices: - Expertly managed product development life cycles, providing necessary phase evaluations and updates. - Led cross-functional teams in identifying scopes of work and resolving complex engineering issues. - Seamlessly coordinated customer expectations with FDA requirements and company guidelines. - Developed timelines, budgets and billing cycles for device prototypes and pre-production designs. - Assisted in the transition of company ISO 9001 certification in manufacturing quality controls. - Implemented Statistical Processing Control quality assurance tracking measures on the production floor.
