Daily Duties at Isilon Systems, Inc:
Supporting a team of multiple sales representatives in the geography to create sales strategies and tactics for sales of intelligent clustered storage systems. Drawing on my business expertise and knowledge of the storage industry to articulate the value proposition of the company’s unique high performance, clustered storage system with an intelligent, distributed file system to prospects. Contribute to meeting revenue targets by managing the technical aspects of the sales process and continuing with managing the account after installation for additional revenue opportunities. • Present product feature demonstrations both in on-site meetings and remote web-based meetings. • Develop the evaluation plan and assist customers with evaluation and benchmark testing. • Responsible for system configurations, installation and customer training. • Work trade shows managing the technical environment, performing demonstrations and talking with prospects.
