Daily Duties at Cooper Tire:
Experienced in complete electrical systems, including maintaining and installing high voltage electrical components, transformers, primary feeders, building service, branch panels, control outlets, lighting and wiring. Prepare and provide proper paperwork on all assignments. Install underground electrical service, conduit and duct service. Able to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams. Troubleshoot G. E. PLC’s, G. E. drives, powertrec drives, and infrared drives. Ensure quality product and performance throughout plant operations. Responsible for precisely setting up machines to match customer specifications. Manage 13.8 KV power distribution through preventive maintenance and repair. Plan, schedule, and implement all maintenance, operations, and plant power distribution. Develop streamline methods for physical plant maintenance. Define all maintenance and engineering worker profiles and requirements. Maintain production facilities, including electrical, carpentry, paint, and mechanical.
