Daily Duties at Unisys Corporation:

• Develop and administer PMO for the implementation and integration of Unix hardware, Novell networks, Oracle databases & court management application, court document imaging system, court office computing system, and an electronic attorney subscription system, into a new Court Management System for the Superior Courts of Orange County California. The system resulted in instantaneous and reliable access to court case documents and historical information. • Negotiate successive contracts with Orange County Superior Courts, and coordinate contract approvals with the Court Administrator and Orange County Commission during county bankruptcy. • Conduct numerous courses in program management which were required for all program and project managers within the Unisys Corporation.
