• Establish and startup of Tulsa Bus Plant Information Technology and Communications architecture and infrastructure for 1M square foot facility within first year of operation, resulting in implementation that was $2M below budget. Install and manage over 230 workstations and 25 laptops, including shop floor computer equipment and additional training network with the goal of producing 30 buses per day within one single 10 hour shift.. Install and manage 40 routers and switches on Fiber network spanning facility. • Establish and direct PMO for Information Technology, including establishing SEI-compliant policies and procedures, setting up planning, tracking and progress reporting standards and guidelines, proposing and presenting proposals for new and upgraded systems, software and hardware projects, establishing ISO 9001-compliant technical environment • Executive manager for implementation of “20 Keys” process and procedure improvement program • Develop, implement and monitor Operational Readiness plan and reviews and Disaster Recovery Plan and actions to sustain plant operations or to recover operations with minimal down time. • Manage and administer staff supporting day-to-day activities and interface and coordinate with centralized staffing for off-site support of operations.
