•Developed and responded to proposals, RFP/RFI, presentations, needs analysis, client assessment analysis, knowledge base management solution design, and training for Oracle Applications with integrated touch points in a wide variety of 3rd Party Applications including, but not limited to, SCM/Logistics, Custom output i.e. Check printing, security, messaging, and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfers), Credit Card Processing, DB management, monitoring, and administration tools, front-end tools, API’s for HR/PR data mining, Order Management Suite, OPM, APS, iProcurement, WMS, Quality and CRM Suite. •Managed proposals for hardware specifications and configuration required for a successful upgrade, implementation and maintenance. •Researched and assisted clients with final planning of ERP solutions and 3rd Party Applications to develop an enterprise-wide solution design that meets the client’s goals.
