•Developed and implemented business processes/procedures for Oracle SCM, OM/Shipping, INV, BOM, CST, WMS, PO, AR, with integration with HR, AP and GL (R11.5.9, 11.5.8, 11.5.7). •Designed and developed loaner equipment process/procedures to track and manage $1.2 million loaner inventory and $1.5 million parts inventory. Results: Recovered $1.2M in equipment and tax benefit for deprecated assets now in compliance with SOX guidelines. •Designed integrated web-based solution using Oracle SCM, iPortal/Supplier to support outside vendor management with automated approvals and WF notifications to streamline both order to cash and procure to pay cycles. Results: Increased inventory to reduced inventory part shortages by 60%. Thus, increasing customer service and ability to meet lead times •Developed and implemented a month-end closing processes for OM/Shipping, INV, CST, PO and AR. •Modified original application setup to support business requirements. Results: minimized performance degradation, increased accessibility of data to key users, and positive user impact with tools/reporting. •Developed and implemented training program to better support operations with train the trainer concept for billing, sales, and HR. Results: Better awareness of business process and increased employee performance. Increased combinations and responsiveness to internal business data transfer •Developed procedure to manage all master files in Oracle INV, AR, PO, and HR. •Implemented 4 site rollout during post production support for Oracle R11.5.9 SCM, OM/Shipping, Pricing, Configurator, INV, BOM, Cost, PO, and retro common setup in AR, AP, and GL. Results: Reduced IT custom reporting & admin costs by $12k monthly.
