Daily Duties at Sun Microsystems Inc:
Provided technical support for Sun’s corporate trade shows to include equipment planning and scheduling, power requirements. Worked with various third party vendors on assisting them with the installation and de-bugging of their software and hardware. Was responsible for all technical support for the SparcStation 1 through the SparcStation 10 new product introductions. Developed many “classroom” and “Stage” presentations and scripts, both verbal and on screen for various market segments, to include SIGGRAPH. Comdex, AEC Systems, Autofact. Developed workstation training for the World Cup staff on the use of Sun workstations. Supported workstations for video and photo shoots, worked with actors and executives on the integration of the workstations to their presentations and scenes. Attended show planning meetings with product marketing, public relations and Marcom staff to give technical information as needed.
