Daily Duties at Nestle Waters Of North America:
Lead People · Gain participation and help facilitate team meetings and Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings. · Set clear direction and energize the team to support the plant's goals and objectives. · Provide appropriate information and resources for the team to make decisions and solve problems. Developing · Train and develop associates to ensure they can coordinate the line/area in the Facilitator's absence by clearly explaining and checking to make sure others understand what is expected. · Monitor associates progress and provide regular feedback. · Understand a person's difficulties and coach him/her to reach the required level of performance. Results Focus · Responsible for the overall coordination of production activities in assigned areas. · Ensure safety and productivity goals are achieved, and provide direction for the team to accomplish these goals. · Ensure company policies, quality procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMP's). understood and followed by associates.
