Daily Duties at Trane:
• Performed de-bottleneck analyses using Access to reduce cycle time for six-sigma project and reduce waste (lean). • Co-managed a $300,000 roofing project involving two crew contractor companies; also in charge of risk and safety management during scope of project. • Conducted material handling analysis for more than 26 commodities for assembling air conditioning units to eliminate material handling. • Worked with Suppliers and Procurement Dept. to streamline the Purchasing process for over $100,000 of supplies and equipment.
