Daily Duties at Vistawall:

• Proposed a $600,000 layout project for Shanghai, China, plant to facilitate another product line. Included all utilities and best feasible layout using manufacturing cells for lean manufacturing. • Facilitated three process improvement teams to save the company over $50,000 in labor and materials. • Designed a lift turntable to improve ergonomics and eliminated a step to manufacture standard doors. • Conducted multiple time/motion studies of four different product lines. • Worked extensively with a CNC programmer to update profile machining CNC database with new CAD-based software. Programmed over thirty sub programs and tested ten.
