Daily Duties at Motorola:
As Supervisor, responsibilities included trouble shooting, installations, in-house technical repair work, and field service work for a 100 mile radius. Assisted customers in equipment operational procedures. Established installation area and trained and supervised personnel in service of mobile telephones, 2-way radios, and trunking systems. Project Manager for the installation of the Austn Police Department 911 Emergency System in Austin, Texas. For two years maintained the Austin Police Dept. mobile and portable 2-way radio communications equipment on site. Was liaison between the Austin Police Department and the Motorola Communications staff. Documented all maintenance and equipment problems for Motorola Service Representatives.
