Daily Duties at Cellular One:
Started as a Sales Representative for service, technical work and installations. In 10 months, became the head of the Technical Analysis for Austin service center. Provided technical interface and training between Cellular One, dealers and customers. Evaluated 188 cellular dealers, equipment, and accessories for customer sales. In 1988, became Manager for installation and repair for staff of four in Austin. Set up warranty procedures with all major cellular phone providers. Set up billing procedures for customer repair work. Managed four TAC administrators in Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Shreveport, and Lafayette, Louisiana.
