Daily Duties at Crs Tower Partners :
Participate in the Site Acquisition process as needed to insure the site can be constructed practically and economically. Participate in all site walks in Tx. Provide input for budgets and bid preparation. Coordinate all Power Telco delivery and access easements . Coordinate survey and Geotech work. Organize, document, and hold scheduled safety meetings with contractors. Insure compliance with all FAA , FCC, Local State ,and Federal Regulations. Participate in all nessary meetings and conference calls. Submit electronically, all construction schedule updates weekly, or as called to do so. Insure sites are built to both Company and Client specifications., and that they pass punch walks upon completion. Oversee the Site completion and close out process. Participate in any training requested by Company or Client.
