Daily Duties at Miles, Inc. Agfa Technical Imaging :

Provided field service support for an international organization with an out-of-state home office. Operated out of my home and covered AGFA systems in hospitals, clinics and doctors offices in the state of Florida. Company van provided with a select inventory of parts to facilitate repairs. * Responsible for scheduling and covering maintenance and service of biomedical imaging equipment calls throughout the state. * Personally responsible for customer account satisfaction. High degree of communication with doctors, department directors, radiologists and technicians in hospitals and clinics. * High level of troubleshooting skill and successful repairs of customer equipment. * High level of attention to detail to maintain records of inventory lists, parts usage logs, mileage logs, service logs and equipment updates. * Worked on 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 15Vdc, 24Vdc power supplies. Also worked with single phase power.
