Daily Duties at Novellus Systems, Inc.:

Responsible for maintenance and service of 300mm electro-plating tools in Fab11X. Meticulous attention to day-to-day operational details including completion of extensive paperwork, continuous customer contact with management, tool owners, and in-house technicians while working in a clean room environment. * Elevated degree of electronic and mechanical problem solving capabilities and clear and concise presentation of troubleshooting plans was essential to the position. * Repaired a robot drive that is usually just replaced saving the customer $80,000.00 and 34 hours down time. * Internally recognized for attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and pragmatic approach to problem solving. Provided on-site response and presentation at tool escalation meetings called by the customer for the efficient short and long term planning in tool recovery. * Excellent performance of duties mandated the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Proficient in the use of service software for diagnostics and repair, as well as schematics, multi-meters, and other diagnostic equipment. * Co-authored preventative maintenance specifications and diagnostic troubleshooting procedures which have been adopted and used by Intel management and staff. * Trained Novellus FSE’s (Field Service Engineers), and Intel MT’s(Maintenance Technicians), in tool maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting to the Intel required certification of Skill Level 3. * Dedicated to providing service to the customer as well as the equipment, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and company goodwill. * Worked on 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 15Vdc, 24Vdc and 24Vac power supplies. Also worked with three phase power. * Completed all required site safety courses examples: Energized Power Safety, LOTTO, CPR, Respirator Cert, Raised Floor Safety, Safety Belt Cert for working at heights, General Fab Safety, Copper Awareness, Intellectual Property Protection, Chemical Handling Safety, Evacuation Safety, Accident Investigation / Escalation Reporting and Proper Lifting Safety, Decon / Disposal Procedures for Waste.
