Glidewell Laboratory Work Values

Daily Duties at Glidewell Laboratory:

Directed operations, distribution and manufacturing of cad-cam dental ceramic products. Managed 161 employees in prooduction and call center. Responsible for ensuring call center agents were in compliance and using objection sales strategy to increase marketing penetration with customers by offering a variety of products and services. Installed and implemented customer service agent network process that empowered agents to make decisions. Purpose of network system was to development agents' decision making skills. Reviewed made decisions randomly with agents to strenghen decision making abilities. Directly responsible for all production processes. Monitored production lines and verified line supervisors and technicians were in compliance with established production process and procedures. Analyzed each production process to identify opportunities for improvement to increase productivity and lower operating cost. Reviewed weekly invoices and monthly P&L with department general manager. Assisted general manager in product marketing and pricing. Controlled material distribution to ensure establish cost control measures were being followed. Assisted line supervisors in maintaining employee development criteria. Initiated tiered incentive program for line supervisors and call center agents. Responsible for handling accelerated customer concerns in person, via email or phone. All decisions were made immediately to resolve customer concerns. Conducted employee interviews, hiring and applied disciplinary protocols as required by company policy and procedures. Supervised weekly safety inspection team to ensure OSHA guidelines were upheld. Chaired weekly time management class with department line supervisors.
