Directed all operations of $19million per year store. Supervised and motivated 10 managers and 70 employees. Managed daily sales, department performances, operations, budget and expenses. Supervised human resources, customer service, risk management, inventory control, loss prevention, visual merchandising, receiving, mailroom, cashroom, maintenance and housekeeping.
