Daily Duties at Nordstrom :
Directed all operations of $30Million per year store. Recruited, developed and retained management team. Supervised and motivated 35 managers and approx. 250 employees. Oversaw daily sales, department performances, operations, budget and expenses. Supervised human resources, receiving, central mailroom, restaurant division, maintenance and housekeeping. Personally responded to all customer correspondence.
